Christian Mikosch specialises in corporate law, international commercial law and mergers and acquisitions with particular expertise in the CEE/SEE region. Besides being the responsible partner for Wolf Theiss' work in Kosovo, Christian has developed unique know-how in privatisations and negotiations with governments. Prior to joining the firm, Christian gained valuable experience while working in New York. Christian holds LL.M. degrees from both the University of Manchester and the University of Rotterdam and regularly lectures on legal topics at various universities. He is admitted to the bar in Austria and in the Czech Republic.
